• Additional licence application, up to six occupants (excluding the council’s licence application fee) £395
• Selective licence application £299
• HMOs with 7 or more occupants and section 257 HMOs. £445

Included free: Creation of a measured estate agent style floorplan to accompany your application (single family let and HMO with up to six occupants)

Optional extra services

The service does not provide gas, electrical or any other safety certificates. However, we will advise you what documents are needed and may be able to help arrange these at a cost effective price.
